In June 24, the first classes of the teamworking training were delivered.
The training: Planning and teamworking is focused on improving this skill in all associates, cooperation, communication, focus and commitment for the benefit of the team which they work in.
Training will be periodically held with groups of up to 25 attendants.
Training and development-
In June 16, Plaszom associates attended a specific course on Ergonomics.
Delivered in partnership with SESI (Social Service of Industry), the course was focused on enhancing associates' knowledge regarding ergonomics at work and in their daily routine. Intended to ensure a better life quality and process improvement.
As far as PLASZOM is concerned, the work of today makes a better tomorrow.
